The Telephone Network Section has the management, operation and control of the Nebraska State government switched telephone network (NeTcomm). The network includes several electronic automatic switching systems with computer-controlled call routing selectors and generally includes all State government telephone equipment and facilities connected to State government or the public switched telephone network.
